Get Involved

If you work at a firm or chambers and think some of your colleagues might be interested in hearing more about Amicus casework then put us in touch with whoever is responsible for coordinating pro bono work. We can arrange a meeting to discuss the different ways your firm or chambers could get involved.

We also sometimes need individuals with specific expertise e.g. a background in psychiatry, extensive experience of mental health in a criminal context or experience of US law in a particular state. However, we do not have any vacancies for individual caseworkers at present. Future opportunities will be advertised on our website.

For more information, or to register your interest, contact Eleanor Byrne-Rosengren, Director, Casework & Corporate Programmes, on eleanor@amicus-alj.org or 0207 072 5603.

“Being able to work in a team was good and thanks for the time you took to prep us.  Please, let’s do it again.”

“The detailed introductory session by Amicus made the task more interesting by putting it into context so I really appreciated that they did that.”

“From my perspective it ran very smoothly and was the best organised large scale Pro Bono project that I have been involved in.”
