Autumn 2005 Training
Lime 2007 
 On 13th November 2007 we staged our second Lime event - a fabulous dinner dance at the Dorchester in aid of Amicus.
Lime 2007 marks the charity's 15-year anniversary and, again, we are honoured that Sister Helen Prejean will be our guest of honour, to be introduced by Amicus' president, Michael Mansfield QC. New Orleans
Recent events in New Orleans have badly affected offices that Amicus is
in regular contact with - the Center for Equal Justice and the Capital
Post Conviction Project of Louisiana (both based in New Orleans). Although
all staff and interns are safe and well, they report that several friends,
relatives and family members of clients remain unaccounted for. Together
with other capital defence offices in New Orleans, including the Louisiana
Crisis Assistance Center, these offices now face the task of rebuilding
both legal practices and lives. Amicus will continue to accept donations
from individuals or companies wishing to support these offices in their
time of need - please see our Support Us page

Welcome to the new-look Amicus website! We hope you like it and should
be adding more information over the next few months. Please bear with
us at first if some pages are still under construction - we'll upload
them as soon as we can. If you have any queries in the meantime, please
